Payment Options

At Mental Health America of Indiana’s Life Recovery Center, our strategic goal is to ensure that everyone, regardless of their financial situation, has access to the services they need. Let us help you navigate recieving the care you need to recover.

Health Insurance

  • Accepted Plans: We accept a variety of commercial insurance plans as well as Indiana Medicaid plans.
  • Medicaid: We accept the following Medicaid plans: Anthem/HIP, MDwise, MHS, and CareSource. Note that Medicaid is only accepted for in-person group therapy services.
  • Medicare: We do not accept Medicare.
  • Private Insurance: Coverage depends on your specific provider, the service received, and the staff member providing the service. Contact us to determine if your plan is accepted.
  • Claim Filing: We file claims on your behalf if you are in-network. For out-of-network, we provide the necessary information for you to submit your claim.

Recovery Works

  • We are an approved provider of the Recovery Works program, which supports individuals without insurance who are involved with the criminal justice system. Contact us to discuss eligibility and the referral process.
